Account Questions

Head to the Register page and fill in your details — name, email address or Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You'll receive an OTP to verify your contact details, after which you can set a password and complete the sign-up process. To enable real-money play, you'll also need to complete KYC by uploading a valid government-issued ID.

A valid Philippine government-issued ID is required. Accepted documents include a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS/UMID card, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID. Most deposits via e-wallets and online banking are processed in real time or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the sending bank and time of day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 30 minutes, check your transaction reference number and contact support with that reference ready.

Log in and go to the withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be approved.

If your withdrawal has been pending for longer than the stated processing window, contact the support team with your transaction reference number and they can look into it for you.
