1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("the Player") and abjili ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all access to and use of the abjili website and mobile application, including all gaming, betting, and account management activities.
By completing registration, logging in, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms are supplemented by the Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules that apply to individual games or promotional offers.
2. Eligibility and Registration
To register and play at abjili, you must meet all of the following requirements:
- You are at least 21 years of age.
- You are a resident of the Philippines or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is lawful.
- You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person.
- You have not previously had an abjili account suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these Terms.
- You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, a third party in connection with real-money gaming activity.
abjili enforces identity verification (KYC) as part of the registration process. You will be required to submit valid identification before real-money deposits and withdrawals are enabled. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
3. Account Responsibilities
Each player may hold only one registered account with abjili. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or inadvertently — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
Login Credentials
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the abjili support team immediately.
Account Information
You are responsible for ensuring that the information on your account — including your name, date of birth, contact details, and payment method details — remains accurate and up to date. abjili may request updated verification documents if account details change or if additional verification is required for a withdrawal.
One Account Per Household
Only one account per household, device, and IP address is permitted. Where multiple accounts are detected from the same household, abjili reserves the right to review all associated accounts and may close accounts at its discretion.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on abjili are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, bank transfer, and Philippine online banking. The full list of currently available methods is shown on the Deposit page.
Deposit Processing
Deposits are typically reflected in your abjili balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by your payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the method used and network conditions at the time of the transaction. abjili does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where technically possible. All withdrawals require your account to have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the abjili team and processed within the timeframes shown on the Deposit page. abjili reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts.
Minimum and Maximum Amounts
Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are shown within the platform at the time of the transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
5. Gaming Rules
All games available on abjili — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, and eBingo — are governed by their individual game rules, which are available within each game interface. By participating in any game, you confirm that you understand and accept those rules.
Bets and Wagers
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended. Results are final once determined by the game system or, in the case of sports betting, once the relevant event has concluded and been settled. abjili reserves the right to void bets in circumstances where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed issue has materially affected the bet.
Sports Betting
Sports betting on abjili covers events including PBA and NBA basketball, volleyball, boxing, football, esports, and other international competitions. Malfunction Policy
In the event of a technical malfunction affecting a game or betting market, abjili reserves the right to declare bets void and return stakes to the affected players. No compensation beyond the return of the original stake is payable in a malfunction scenario.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
From time to time, abjili may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional rewards to eligible players. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms, which will be clearly communicated at the time the offer is made. These terms will include, at a minimum, any wagering requirements, game restrictions, expiry conditions, and eligible payment methods.
Players are responsible for reading and understanding the specific terms of any promotion before claiming it. Attempting to abuse promotions — including creating multiple accounts to claim offers more than once — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds.
abjili does not guarantee the availability of any specific promotion at any time. Promotional offers may be withdrawn or modified at the platform's discretion with reasonable notice where possible.
7. Responsible Gaming
abjili is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports player wellbeing. The platform provides self-management tools including deposit limits, cooling-off periods, and account break options. These tools are available directly from your account settings and can be activated at any time without contacting support.
Gaming at abjili is entertainment. It involves real money and real risk. abjili does not guarantee any outcome, and winning is never certain. Players are encouraged to set a personal budget before each session, play only with money they can afford to lose, and use the platform's self-management tools proactively.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on abjili and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to create a duplicate account.
- Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information at any stage of registration or verification.
- Using any software, script, bot, or automated tool to interact with the platform in a manner not available to standard users.
- Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical malfunctions to generate winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in live poker or other multiplayer formats.
- Using the platform in connection with any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to access the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
- Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing another person to use your account.
- Abusing, harassing, or threatening abjili staff or other users through any communication channel.
9. Suspension and Closure
abjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at any time if there is reasonable cause to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users.
In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any balance held in that account may be forfeited at abjili's discretion, particularly where the breach involved fraud, abuse of promotions, or use of prohibited software.
Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily — including for responsible gaming reasons — may do so by contacting the support team. Any real-money balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method after standard verification is completed.
10. Privacy and Data
abjili collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By accepting these Terms, you also confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy. Your personal data is used to operate the platform, verify your identity, process transactions, and comply with applicable obligations. It is not sold to third parties outside of these operational requirements.
11. Limitation of Liability
abjili provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the platform operates correctly and securely, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free performance at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abjili's liability to any player is limited to the amount of real-money funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. abjili is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical errors outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
12. Changes to These Terms
abjili may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via in-platform notification or email to the address on file. Continued use of the platform following the notification period constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page. If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
